An Invitation letter will be issued to the authors whose papers are accepted for presenting at the conference and those have already paid the conference registration fee. The invitation letter will be written in English. The invitation letter is required for the VISA of the conference participants, but our invitation letter does not ensure the VISA. The process length of approval of VISA varies from individual to individual, author's strongly advised to start the application as soon as possible.
Invitation letters will only be issued once the registration and payment have been completed.
