2. What are the registration fees for participating in the conference?

The registration fees are as follows:
- International participants: Students - US $150, Others - US $250
- Local participants: Students - NPR 7500, Others - NPR 10000

3. Does the registration fee include accommodation and transport?

The registration fee does not cover accommodation (unless participants choose to pay for registration with accommodation), flights, or local transportation.

7. What if I cannot attend the in-person conference, will there be an option to attend virtually?

Yes, we are offering a Virtual Conference Registration as an option for every presenter or listener who is not able to participate in person.

8. Can I participate virtually?

9. What is included with the registration fee?

We're thrilled to have your interest in our conferences! The registration fee includes a comprehensive conference kit you'll receive on the event day. This kit includes

A certificate,
token of appreciation,
writing pad and pen,
conference folder or bag,
access to the presentation session and poster presentation,
participant's ID card and conference flyers,
conference proceedings, and
delicious food (snacks, tea/coffee, lunch, hi-tea, & snacks) to keep you energized throughout the day!

10. What would be the registration fee for Nepali participants/ Local Participants?

Calling all Nepali participants and local attendees! We're excited to have you join us. Here are the registration fees specifically tailored for you:
Early Bird Registration (Before 16 March 2024):
- Students: NPR 5000
- Others: NPR 7500
Regular Registration:
- Students: NPR 7500
- Others: NPR 10000
Listener Registration:
- Students: NPR 6000
- Others: NPR 7500
Virtual Registration:
- Students: NPR 5000
- Others: NPR 7000

11. Can in-person attendees access the virtual sessions?

In-person attendees can attend the sessions selected for the virtual component but will not have access to video recordings.

12. What is the registration cancellation policy?

Requests for refunds will be honored, less a $150 processing fee, only if received in writing by March 30, 2024. No refunds will be made after March 30, 2024.

13. What is the method of payment?

We accept all major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard, AMEX etc. We also accept payment via bank transfer. However, our preferred payment method is payment with credit/debit card. We also accept payment from PayPal. We will send the payment method once your participation is confirmed.

14. Is substitution possible?

Yes. If you cannot attend the event after registration for whatever reason, you can send a substitute to replace you for no extra cost. The name of the substitute should be provided at least 7 days to the event.

15. Is there the possibility for a group discount?

Yes. If you would like to inquire about group discounts, please contact our registration department: convener.conferences@e-palli.com

16. Where will the conference paper be published, or is this paper going to be published in any journals?

All conference papers will be published in conference proceedings with DOI of every paper. Moreover, all selected papers will be published in high-indexed international journals, those are indexed in DOI, Crossref, WorldCat, Google Scholar, JISC (Sherpa Romeo), OpenAire, Index Copernicus International (ICI) Base, Scilit, Internet Archive, Semantic Scholar, ResearchBib, and J-Gate. Papers will be published the journals of E-Palli Publishers, USA (https://journals.e-palli.com)
