Virtual Conferences

In order to participat at the conference, we are offering video conferencing facilities.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. First, register through this link if you want to attend the conference online.
2. Send us your presentation slides (PPT).

Please follow the below instructions to join on the conference

  • Download the Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet)
  • Create (Sign-Up) an Zoom Account (www.zoom.us)
  • We will send a meeting invite with an embedded video link. You can find the Meeting ID and Password.
  • Verify your internet connectivity, camera, and audio input before joining the conference call, and share your screen.
  • We suggest you stay in zoom until the session's presentation ends.

Virtual Conference Guidelines

  • Presentation must be 10-20 slides.
  • Maximum Time Limit for Presentation: 10 Minutes
  • Your presentation must be pre-recorded.
  • The pre-recorded video length must be 8-10 minutes.
